MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY

Supporting You Through Pregnancy

Seeing the positive impact Reflexology has had on so many clients inspired me to undertake specialist training with Sally Earlam.

This has enabled me to offer Maternity Reflexology, supporting women through pregnancy and beyond with treatments tailored to each stage of their journey.

Maternity Reflexology uses techniques adapted for the different stages of pregnancy and may help support many of the common discomforts experienced during this time, including morning sickness, heartburn, constipation, pelvic and lower back pain, swollen legs and feet, and itching.

Is it safe?

Your safety and your baby's wellbeing are always my priority.

Every pregnancy is unique, so each treatment is tailored to your individual stage of pregnancy, health and personal needs.

In some circumstances, I may ask for consent from your midwife or healthcare professional before treatment goes ahead.

Research into Maternity Reflexology continues to grow, with a number of published studies reporting positive outcomes for relaxation, pain management and maternal wellbeing.

While experiences vary and further research is ongoing, these findings are encouraging and support the use of Reflexology during pregnancy.
