Supporting Women through Menopause
Menopause is a natural stage of life, but that doesn't mean it always feels easy. Every woman's experience is unique, with symptoms ranging from mild to life-changing.
Alongside lifestyle changes and medical support where appropriate, Reflexology offers time to relax, rebalance and support your overall wellbeing during this transition.
Menopause symptoms vary from woman to woman and can affect both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you're experiencing symptoms during perimenopause or menopause itself, specialist Reflexology techniques can be tailored to your individual needs.
I have completed specialist Reflexology for Menopause training with Sally Earlam, enabling me to offer treatments specifically designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause.
These treatments combine specialist Reflexology techniques with the principles of the '5 Pillars for Healthy Menopause' supporting your wellbeing as a whole.
Whether you're looking for support with a specific symptom or simply some time to relax and recharge, every treatment is tailored to your individual needs and stage of menopause.
Research into Reflexology and menopause continues to grow, with studies suggesting it may help support symptoms such as sleep disturbance, mood, vasomotor symptoms and overall quality of life for some women.
Although further research is ongoing and individual experiences vary, these findings are encouraging.

Your first appointment lasts around 90 minutes and includes a detailed consultation, allowing us to discuss your health, lifestyle and menopause experience before your treatment.
We'll also explore the '5 Pillars for Healthy Menopause' and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Some clients choose regular sessions over several weeks, while others prefer occasional treatments for ongoing support.
